In business life individuals face with conflicts generally. As a solution to this problem, generally eliminating conflicts is tried. On the contrary, existence of conflict is not a problem. The point is how the conflict is perceived. If we perceive the conflicts as a natural result of life, an opportunity to support our relations with individuals, and as a characteristic of the groups in which creative ideas are formed; we would utilize from them in the best way.
