Behind the success stories lies only a true skill. It is not to face with any problems but it is to know how to cope with them. It is inevitable not to face any problems. Personnel do not have to see its repercussions in his performance; but he can make his team or his team friend decrease performance.
‘Coping with Performace Problems' module focuses on three dimensions of potential performance problems and delivers three ways to cope with those disputes.
