AIM OF THE TRAINING
It is a widely known reality that people can not get on well with everyone. Having this premise on mind, it is true that professional lives can also be negatively affected. In this sense, both sides accuse the other to be a 'tough' person and complain not to be able to cope with the other side. This module focuses on the issue of identifying 'tough' people and ways to cope with them. On the other hand, it highlights the opinion that it is essential to cope with people per se in the way to cope with others.
