Role of Lidea: In the scope of the project, TOSAM and LİDEA has provided trainings to the personnel of Kars Municipality on the subjects of investment, strategic management, conflict management, customer relations, negotiation skills, and leadership. With these trainings, it is aimed to increase the quality of services in the region and provide democratic participation. From different departments of the municipality 500 people are trained. In addition to this, 2-day public trainings are given to the NGOs and public of Kars.
