AIM OF THE TRAINING

Giving techniques of peaceful resolutions of conflicts faced in business sector and on daily basis and making participants gain these skills. This includes the peaceful resolutions, and dialogues and even in some cases instead of applying to the court disputes can be handled by dialogues. This is one of the most important problem solving techniques which saves time, energy and money.
